Conservation Director Dennis GoodmanI never "fished" until I came to Maine. My family's idea of "roughing-it" was no room- service after 10 o'clock.

 

About 3 years ago that changed when two long-time TBF Fishermen from Maine took me on the water, thrust a rod and reel with a plastic worm at the other end at me and well, I caught a 4 pounder and was "HOOKED". Since then I have been very active in the Federation especially with conservation.

 

The Bass Federation Conservation Department is dedicated to the enhancement, restoration, preservation, and public access to our water resources. This is accomplished through conservation awareness, education, and political action utilizing best management practices.

 

We will continue to take great pride in our past endeavors and the future plans to contribute to the conservation of our great resources.
